It’s interesting how ebooks have lowered the barriers to entry of publishing. The book “50 shades of Gray” is a great example, as only after a certain amount of self-published ebook copies where sold then it was officially sold by a publishing company. It empowers readers to decide what they want to see and buy.
I agree Andrea. Also I think eBooks lower the risk for the publishers. It's got to be much less expensive to produce an eBook than a print book. The publishers can watch the eBook to test for demand before they decide to go to print. Possibly cut down fewer trees printing books that are not likely to be read.
